Lawsuit facing collective bargaining

This is a Dane County Sheriff's Department detective interviewing Justice David Prosser in relation to charges of his acting inappropriately toward his fellow justices in the offices of the State Supreme Court. Those charges include Justice Prosser placing his hands in a choke hold around Justice Ann Walsh Bradley's neck. Only Justice Prosser's interview was recorded to tape. No other Justice interviews were recorded to tape.
