for child-care professionals and parents in the spring and fall.

Workshops
Wisconsin
PBS Kids workshops emphasize active television viewing, age-appropriate
television programs and related activities such as reading and playing.
At Wisconsin PBS Kids Outreach, our goal is to help parents and teachers tap into resources that will enhance their children's first learning experiences at home as well as in their early child-care environments. We offer community outreach and educational materials, providing free workshops for parents and teachers on a number of different topics. No matter what the specific subject, these workshops teach adults to plan activities that reinforce PBS Kids television program content and "extend the learning" through books and activities.
