General Contest Rules - Garden Expo Raffle

Must be 18 years of age or older to enter.

Must be a resident of U.S. locale where such contests are not prohibited by law.

Staff of Friends of WHA-TV and Wisconsin Public Television and their families are not eligible.

Tickets are $2 each or three for $5.

Odds of winning any single prize are 1 in 7,000.
