Meet Charles Monroe-Kane

 

Charles spent almost a decade in Europe before starting his broadcast career. While in Europe he worked on a variety of projects ranging from starting an Internet Café in Prague to running a record label in Amsterdam. He even ran a circus.

Charles is the producer for the national radio program To the Best of Our Knowledge.

Charles has appeared as a guest on This American Life and has done reporter pieces and essays for NPR's Morning Edition and All Things Considered. Charles won the Peabody Award in 2006.

Charles lives in Madison with his wife Erika and two children.
