What kind of groups volunteer with WPT?
Many of our volunteers come with a group of friends or colleagues from a club, school, community organization or business. High school service groups are welcome!

What are the benefits of organizing a group?
Volunteering at Wisconsin Public Television is a great way for your group to have fun together and provide valuable community service. For businesses, volunteering for on-air events gives your company visibility, while your employees build bonds outside of the workplace. Clubs and service groups can benefit from sharing new experiences while giving back to the community. High school groups can earn service hours to meet requirements for National Honor Society or graduation.

How many volunteers can we bring?
We can accommodate groups of varying sizes, depending on the event:

Membership Drives: 4-18 volunteers
WPT Auction: 6-70 volunteers
Quilt or Garden Expo: 6-15 volunteers

Groups smaller than the numbers above are also welcome to sign up individually through our newsletter or online form.
