This program focuses on women ages 20 to 39 and the important health choices they can make during these years. We'll take a look at the importance of prevention, and meet a group of women who have learned how to stay healthy while juggling personal and professional life. Our guest expert will suggest some strategies for stress reduction using meditation and simple breathing exercises.
