Shredded Tofu Salad

dressing:
1 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup red chili paste
3/4 cup rice vinegar
3/4 cup sesame oil
directions:
Whisk together all ingredients. Store in refrigerator up to 1 month.
salad directions:
To make salad, toss Tofu Soybean Noodles with dressing and vegetables
such as sliced cucumber, carrots, spinach or broccoli.
