ingredients:
1 cup vanilla flavor soy milk
fres or frozen berries or banana
1/3 cup vanilla flavor Soy Protein Powder
*optional additions/substitutions: orange or grape
juice, honey, nutmeg, yogurt, melon, psyllium powder, wheat germ
or sunflower seed meal.
directions:
In a blender, blend liquid ingredients. Add fruit, blend. Add protein
powder last.
Serve any time of year and enjoy the creamy taste with the benefits
of soy!
