Mare Chapman, M.A.
Guest Expert: On Our Way

Mare Chapman, M.A. is a psychotherapist in private practice. For the past 18 years she has been employed at Lives Unlimited: Center for Healing Mind-Body-Spirit, in Madison and has a background in mental health and physical rehabilitation. As a former faculty member of the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Allied Health, Mare was Director of the Community Treatment Program for adults with severe mental illness. She is trained in hypnotherapy, imagery, process and relational therapy and a variety of mind-body methods. Mare uses a holistic and empowering approach to access the vast wisdom and healing resources that exist within each of us. She is especially devoted to working with womenÃŒs issues and supporting them in finding their voice and power. She also uses holistic methods to work with the challenges of life-threatening or chronic illness, pain, surgery and trauma.
