Rural Health has given Wisconsin Public Television the opportunity to discuss issues of access to rural health in our state. Our goal is to continue this important dialog through additional programming and community events. This survey will only take 5 minutes, but will help us build valuable community programs far into the future. Answering these questions is voluntary, and all information about survey participants will be kept confidential.
