MLK Heritage Awards

Jonathan Overby of Wisconsin Public Radio hosts the 2008 28th Annual State of Wisconsin Tribute & Ceremony to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. from the Capitol rotunda in Madison. This year's theme is "Yes We Can!"

In this fourth and last segment: MLK Heritage Award winner Clarence Garrett, who at 87, was the oldest graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee; Pipes and Drums; Gov. Doyle's Proclamation; Taneshia Jackson reading from "I Have a Dream"; music by Sun Prairie High School Jazz Ensemble.
