Jonathan Overby of Wisconsin Public Radio hosts the 2008 28th Annual State of Wisconsin Tribute & Ceremony to Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. from the Capitol rotunda in Madison. This year's theme is "Yes We Can!"

In this third segment: UW-Madison’s Gloria Ladson-Billings is the guest speaker. She has spent a lifetime spreading this message to children and teachers across the country by addressing the 'achievement gap' in her classroom and in her writing.
