2008 Auction Raffle Rules
1. How to enter
There are 999 pre-printed tickets available. The tickets are $60.00 each and may be purchased in person on a first-come-first-served basis beginning May 1, 2008 at American of Madison, Inc., both east and west stores, and American of Appleton. Tickets may also be purchased by calling Wisconsin Public Television at (608) 263-4906. The raffle will close either when all 999 tickets have been purchased or on June 3, 2008, whichever occurs first. There is no limit to the number of tickets that may be purchased by an individual.

2. Odds of winning are 1 in 999.

3. Eligibility
The winner must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of a Wisconsin locale whose laws do not otherwise prohibit such contests. Employees of Friends of WHA-TV, Inc. and Wisconsin Public Television and any immediate family members residing with the employee are not eligible to participate.

4. Prize
The single prize is the winner's choice of a 2008 Toyota Prius OR $10,000 CASH. The vehicle is valued at more than $22,000. The raffle winner will be able to select vehicle color if the car is selected. No prize substitutions are allowed.

5. Selection of winner
The winning ticket will be drawn at random at 821 University Avenue, Madison WI 53706 on June 6, 2008 at noon. The results of the drawing will be posted on www.wpt.org. Friends of WHA-TV, Inc. shall have the final decision on any and all claims concerning this contest and reserves the right to disqualify any contestant if these Contest Rules are not followed.

The holder of the winning ticket number need not be present at the drawing to win. The winner will be notified by telephone. Holder of the winning ticket receipt will be required to present the ticket receipt and positive identification for verification.

6. Conditions
ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS APPLY. THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. Potential winner must reside in a Wisconsin locale whose laws do not specifically prohibit such contests.

The raffle winner will be required to sign a release before the prize will be awarded.

The winner will be responsible for taxes, registration fees, license and title fees, insurance and any other charges or fees associated with acceptance of the vehicle prize.

The winner will be responsible for driver licensing and for making all arrangements regarding and related to actual transfer of vehicle ownership, delivery of the vehicle, any warranties, etc. directly with Kayser, Inc. Winner shall release Wisconsin Public Television and Friends of WHA-TV, Inc. from responsibility and/or liability regarding the delivery, receipt, condition or use of prize awarded.
